Dasa Holidays is a privately-owned travel company. We are not associated with the Government of India or any state/union territory authorities. Our operations are completely independent, and clients should understand that we are not a government-affiliated agency.

Limitation of Liability:

Dasa Holidays does not own or operate hotels, airlines, transportation services, or other third-party service providers included in our travel packages. We act solely as travel planners and facilitators. The services offered are executed by independent vendors beyond our direct control.

We are not responsible for:

  • Injuries, accidents, or health issues

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

  • Natural calamities such as floods, landslides, or storms

  • Civil unrest, terrorism, or unforeseen travel disruptions

  • Quality of services offered by third-party vendors

  • Missed connections, delays, or changes in itinerary due to operational or weather-related reasons

Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, is limited to the amount received from the client for the specific service.

Assumption of Risk:

Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel, including physical exertion, transportation, consumption of local food or beverages, and environmental conditions such as high altitude, heat, or remote locations.

It is the client’s responsibility to be in good health, bring suitable clothing/equipment, and prepare for the journey based on our provided itinerary and guidelines.

Insurance & Medical Responsibility:

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain valid travel insurance, including medical and trip cancellation coverage. Dasa Holidays is not liable for any medical emergencies, hospitalizations, or costs incurred due to illness or injury during the trip.

Modifications & Cancellations:

Dasa Holidays reserves the right to:

  • Change or substitute hotels, transport, or itinerary in the interest of quality, safety, or due to unavoidable circumstances

  • Cancel a participant’s booking if their behavior is disruptive or puts others at risk

  • Adjust package prices due to factors like fuel surcharges, currency fluctuation, or increased airfare

Media Usage:

Photos and videos may be taken during trips and used for promotional purposes by Dasa Holidays. By participating, clients grant permission for their images to be used without compensation.

Complaints:

For any grievance related to our services, clients must write to info@dasaholidays.com within 7 days of the trip. We aim to resolve genuine concerns fairly and promptly.

Website Use & Content:

All website content is for personal use only and may not be copied, sold, or redistributed without permission. Dasa Holidays is not responsible for errors in content, human mistakes, or any damages arising from the use of our website.

Legal Jurisdiction:

All disputes, if any, shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
