Day 1: Cochin – Alleppey
As your much-awaited journey with Dasa Holidays begins, here’s how your first day will unfold based on your selected tour departure:
Guests Departing from Mumbai (Scheduled Group Departure) Guests who have opted for the Mumbai to Mumbai tour should report at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Domestic or International Airport, Mumbai, three hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time. Upon arrival at Cochin Airport, your Dasa Holidays Tour Manager will meet you and ensure a smooth transition to the hotel or the sightseeing spot, as per the itinerary.
Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World If you are joining the tour from any part of India or overseas by making your own arrangements, please ensure you receive complete guidance for a smooth arrival, hotel check-in, or joining at the sightseeing point. Your Dasa Holidays Travel Advisor and Tour Manager will coordinate and guide you accordingly. The Tour Manager will meet you directly at the first destination, as per the itinerary shared with you.
Important Notes:
For Joining & Leaving guests, flight tickets and airport transfers are at your own cost.
To avail of the group airport transfers:
Your arrival airport must match the scheduled group arrival airport.
Your arrival time should be at least one hour before the scheduled group flight arrival time.
On the last day, your departure flight must be scheduled after the group’s flight from the same airport in order to avail the group airport transfer.
Hotel Check-in Time in India: Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (12:00 hrs) or later.
If your flight arrives in the morning, we include a sightseeing activity before check-in to make the most of your time.
In case of flight rescheduling—arriving earlier on the first day or leaving later on the last day—Dasa Holidays will take care of additional meals or snacks, if any.
We recommend keeping your travel documents, valuables, and money safe during the tour.
Always keep Dasa Holidays' emergency contact details and your Tour Manager’s mobile number with you during the journey.
Upon arrival, we proceed to Alleppey, known as ‘the Venice of the East’.

Day 2: Alleppey – Munnar
Today we enjoy the famous Kerala Backwater ride and admire the scenic sights of lush paddy fields and coconut trees as we sail. Later we proceed to Munnar, which is well known for its lush green hills and tea plantations.

Day 3: Munnar
Today we enjoy a speed boat ride at Mattupetty Dam near Sunmoon Valley, followed by a visit to Echo Point and Eravikulam (Rajamalai) National Park (subject to security permission).

Day 4: Munnar – Cochin
Today we proceed to Cochin, popularly known as the Queen of the Arabian Sea. Upon arrival, we visit Chinese Fishing Nets and St. Francis Church at Fort Kochi, one of the oldest European churches in India which has great historical significance. Later, we proceed to Muttancherry, where we visit the Jewish Synagogue, the oldest active synagogue in the Commonwealth of Nations, and Dutch Palace, one of the finest examples of the Kerala style of architecture.

Muttancherry: Explore the historic Jewish Synagogue and the magnificent Dutch Palace.
Airfare: To and Fro economy class air ticket (Ex-Mumbai) with current airport taxes.
Baggage: Baggage Allowance as per the airline policy.
Transportation: Travel by comfortable A/C or non-A/C small cars or Tempo Travellers or Mini Buses or big buses depending on the respective tour group size.
Accommodation: In comfortable hotels on twin/triple/single sharing basis.
Meals: All meals - Morning tea/coffee, breakfast, lunch, evening tea/coffee with cookies/snacks, dinner and Water Bottle (1 Litre) per person per day.
Tips: Guide & driver tips, hotel & restaurant tips.
Entrance Fees: Permits and entrance fees for all sightseeing places to be visited from inside.
Local Guide Services: Accompanied local guide(s) services wherever required.
Tour Manager: Dasa Holidays Tour Manager services from the Day 01 Meeting point till the dropping point on the last day.
Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance for guests up to 70 years of age.
Taxes and Surcharges:
Government of India Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 5%.
Any increase in airfare, airport tax, fuel surcharge, etc.
Any new tax/es levied by the central or state government.

Personal Expenses:
Personal expenses like porterage, laundry, telephone, shopping, alcoholic beverages, extra mineral water, or food which is not a part of the group’s set meal menu.
Any extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal emergency.
Unforeseen Circumstances:
Any extra expense incurred due to any force majeure situation before the tour departure or during the tour, such as a change in airline schedule, route or operation, changing the tour date, a change in hotel, etc.

Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column.
By booking a tour with Dasa Holidays, you agree to the following key terms:
Booking & Payment: A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the full balance due by a specified date.
Cancellations: If you cancel, a cancellation fee will be applied based on how close to the departure date you cancel. Dasa Holidays may cancel a tour for unforeseen reasons, in which case a refund of the tour cost will be issued.
Itinerary Changes: The tour itinerary is subject to change due to factors like airline schedules, weather, or other operational reasons. Dasa Holidays will provide a suitable alternative if necessary.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for carrying valid ID and travel documents. You must bear the cost of any personal expenses not included in the tour package.
Liability: Dasa Holidays is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by third-party service providers. Government taxes (like GST) are applicable and may change.
