DAY 1: Arrival and The Magadhi Encounter

Upon arrival in Bandhavgarh, proceed directly to the luxurious Kings Lodge for check-in and settling into your comfortable double-sharing accommodation. A satisfying 01:00 PM lunch awaits you before your first dedicated safari drive. You will leave the lodge by 02:00 PM for the short, 15-minute transfer to the Magadhi Core Gate. Your first exclusive Jungle Gypsy Safari runs from 02:30 PM to 06:30 PM, offering a thrilling afternoon of tracking in this famous zone. You return to the lodge to relax before a delicious 08:00 PM dinner.

DAY 2: Full Day Core Zone Immersion (Tala & Magadhi)

Prepare for an action-packed day beginning with 05:00 AM tea/coffee service. After a 20-minute transfer, your morning Tala Core Safari runs for an extended session from 06:00 AM to 11:30 AM. This five-and-a-half-hour drive into the park’s most historic zone includes a packed breakfast for optimal tracking time. After returning, you will enjoy a relaxed 01:00 PM lunch. The afternoon brings another exclusive drive: departing the lodge (15-minute transfer), you embark on your second Magadhi Core Safari from 02:30 PM to 06:30 PM. The day concludes with 08:00 PM dinner at the lodge.

DAY 3: The Final Tala Quest and Departure

Your final safari begins with an early 05:15 AM tea/coffee service. Following a 15-minute transfer, you enter the prestigious Tala Core Zone for your concluding drive. This final extended safari runs from 06:00 AM to 11:30 AM, providing another deep dive into Bandhavgarh’s high-density territory with packed breakfast served during the tracking. Upon return, you will complete the check-out process by 11:30 AM, concluding your exclusive Kings Lodge Bandhavgarh safari adventure.

  • Extended Travel: Any travel beyond the scheduled pickup and drop points will be charged extra and is subject to vehicle availability.

These terms govern your booking with Dasa Holidays for the Kings Lodge Bandhavgarh itinerary. By confirming your booking, you agree to the following:

I. Booking, Confirmation, and Documentation

  1. Non-Transferability: Replacement of names is Not Permitted once the booking has been confirmed and submitted to the Forest Department. Bookings are non-transferable.

  2. Safari Permits: All safari permits are secured in advance and are subject to availability and the strict rules of the Forest Department.

II. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Strict)

  1. Cancellation Schedule:

    • Cancellations placed Before 16 December are eligible for a 50% Refund.

    • Cancellations placed After 16 December will incur a No Refund penalty.

  2. Non-Refundable Component: Please note that Safari Permits are strictly Non-Refundable and the cost of permits will be deducted from any eligible refund amount.

III. Safari Rules and Regulations

  1. Adherence to Rules: Guests must strictly adhere to the instructions of the appointed Safari Guide and the rules and regulations of the Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve at all times.

  2. Wildlife Sightings: Wildlife sightings, including those of the Royal Bengal Tiger, are a matter of chance and cannot be guaranteed by the company. No refund or compensation will be provided for lack of sightings.

  3. Park Timings/Access: Safari timings and gate access (Core/Buffer Zones) are governed by the Forest Department and are subject to change without prior notice due to weather or administrative reasons.

IV. Travel and Liability

  1. Transfer Charges: Please note that Pick-Up and Drop Charges from the Station or Airport in Jabalpur (or other transfer points) are excluded from the package price.

  2. No Liability: The company is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, or delay which may happen during the course of the tour or due to events outside of the company's control (e.g., natural calamities, road closures, government changes).
