Day 1: Madurai

Arrive at Madurai, report to the coach, and proceed to the hotel. Meals: Dinner

Day 2: Madurai – Rameshwaram

Visit Meenakshi Temple, Madurai's claim to fame for its meticulous colorful carvings on the Gopurams (towers), in the vivid Dravidian image of Gods, Goddesses, animals, and mythical figures. Later, proceed to Rameshwaram. Pass by the Pamban Bridge. On arrival, visit the Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Museum. Extra Topping: Tea / Coffee / Soft Drink en-route to Rameshwaram. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 3: Rameshwaram – Tiruchendur – Kanyakumari

Early morning, take a Sphatik Linga Darshan, and also take a sacred bath at 22 Teertham Snanam. Then we visit the famous Ramanathaswamy Temple, a masterpiece in Dravidian architecture. Visit Vibhishan Temple / Dhanuskodi. Later, we proceed to Kanyakumari via Tiruchendur, where the sea shore temple of Subrahmanyam is one of the delightful spots sanctified and venerated by every Hindu. Arrive in Kanyakumari. Enjoy the sunset in the evening. Extra Topping: Tea / Coffee / Soft Drink at Rameshwaram. Tea / Coffee / Soft Drink en-route to Kanyakumari. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 4: Kanyakumari – Trivandrum

Visit Swami Vivekananda Rock Memorial. Visit the meditation hall and the smarak. Visit Kanyakumari Mandir, one of the 51 Shakti Peethas. We also see the Tri Smudra Milan and Gandhi Mandapam, followed by a visit to Suchindram Temple. Here we also enjoy the 77-meter-long and 10-meter-wide Glass Bridge that connects the Vivekananda Memorial with the Thiruvalluvar statue, offering a unique experience of walking above the ocean and soaking in the beauty of the city. Proceed to Trivandrum. Arrive in Trivandrum. Extra Topping: Targola / Coconut water at Gandhi Mandapam. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 5: Trivandrum – Jatayu Nature Park – Trivandrum

In the morning, visit Padmanabh Swami Temple, Raja Ravi Varma Art Gallery, and Napier Museum. Proceed to visit Jatayu Nature Park, which holds the distinction of having the world’s largest bird sculpture of the Jatayu. The sculpture sits at the spot where Jatayu took his last breath. The statue also houses the Jatayu Museum, where you can enjoy an audio-visual show. Extra Topping: Tea / Coffee / Soft Drink at Jatayu Nature Park. Notes: At Padmanabh Swami Temple, men have to wear a plain white / black loongi and ladies have to wear a saree (no specific color). Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 6: Departure from Trivandrum

Proceed to Trivandrum Airport. Board the flight to your hometown. Tour Concludes. Meals: Breakfast

  • Unforeseen Circumstances:

    • Any extra expenses incurred for changing the route due to any unforeseen circumstances, force majeure instances, natural calamities, political disturbances, strikes etc.

    • Extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any individual unforeseen cost-incurring incidence.

  • Specific Tour Exclusions:

    • In case of Pilgrimage tours, the cost of horseback, Doli, Helicopter (unless specifically mentioned), chopper, etc.

By booking a tour with Dasa Holidays, you (the "Guest") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment Policy

  • Application: A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the completed booking form and an advance payment as specified at the time of booking.

  • Final Payment: The full and final payment must be made on or before the due date specified in the booking confirmation. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.

  • Price: The prices quoted are based on the rates at the time of booking and are subject to change without prior notice in case of currency fluctuations, an increase in airfare, hotel tariffs, or government taxes.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Guest Cancellation: All cancellations must be notified to Dasa Holidays in writing. The refund amount will be calculated based on the date of cancellation and the following schedule. The cancellation charges are per person and are as a percentage of the total tour cost.

    • 90 or more days before departure: Full refund (less service fees and any non-refundable costs).

    • 60 to 89 days before departure: 10% of the tour cost.

    • 30 to 59 days before departure: 25% of the tour cost.

    • 15 to 29 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost.

    • 14 days or less before departure: 100% of the tour cost (No refund).

  • Tour Company Cancellation: Dasa Holidays reserves the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund of the tour cost will be provided to the guest.

  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period, typically 2-4 weeks, following the cancellation request.

3. Itinerary Changes

  • Modification Rights: Dasa Holidays reserves the right to change, amend, or alter the tour itinerary, or substitute a hotel of a similar class, if it is deemed advisable or necessary due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), including but not limited to weather conditions, airline schedule changes, political disturbances, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Unused Services: No refund will be provided for any unused services, meals, or sightseeing activities in the event of any changes to the itinerary.

4. Liability and Responsibility

  • Service Providers: Dasa Holidays acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport companies, and other service providers. We are not responsible for any act, omission, or default of any such person or company, nor for any loss, damage, accident, sickness, or injury that may be caused to you or your property.

  • Your Responsibility: You are responsible for your own safety and for keeping your travel documents, valuables, and money secure throughout the tour.

5. Documentation

  • Validity: You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport, visa, and any other necessary travel documents as required for the tour.

  • Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete information as requested in the booking form. Dasa Holidays will not be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.

6. Health and Safety

  • Declaration: You are required to inform Dasa Holidays of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical disabilities that may affect your ability to participate in the tour.

  • Medical Treatment: Dasa Holidays and its Tour Manager are not medical professionals. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist you in case of a medical emergency, but all costs will be borne by you.
