DAY 1: ARRIVAL AND AFTERNOON SAFARI

• Arrival at Blackbuck Safari Lodge, Velavadar (Private transfer from your arrival point).

• 01:00 PM – Check-in and Lunch at the Lodge.

• 02:00 PM – Depart for the park gate (15 minutes from the Lodge).

• 02:30 PM to 06:30 PM – Safari 1: Afternoon Jeep Safari drive through the grasslands, ideal for viewing Blackbuck herds and the unique landscape.

• 08:00 PM – Dinner and overnight stay at the Lodge.

• Meal Plan: Lunch & Dinner

DAY 2: FULL DAY WILDLIFE IMMERSION (2 SAFARIS)

• 05:00 AM – Morning Tea/Coffee service.

• 06:00 AM to 11:30 AM – Safari 2: Early Morning Jeep Safari. Prime time for tracking the elusive Indian Grey Wolf and searching for other grassland species.

• Packed Breakfast will be served during the safari drive.

• 01:00 PM – Return to the Lodge for Lunch.

• 02:00 PM – Depart for the park gate.

• 02:30 PM to 06:30 PM – Safari 3: Afternoon Jeep Safari, focusing on the birdlife, including the massive Harrier roosts (seasonal), and the vast Nilgai antelope.

• 08:00 PM – Dinner and second night at the Lodge.

• Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

DAY 3: FINAL SAFARI AND DEPARTURE

• 05:15 AM – Morning Tea/Coffee service.

• 06:00 AM to 11:30 AM – Safari 4: Final Morning Jeep Safari to capture any missed sightings and enjoy the last moments in the Golden Grasslands.

• Packed Breakfast will be served during the safari drive.

• 11:30 AM – Return to the Lodge, complete check-out formalities, and depart for your onward journey.

A. BOOKING & AMENDMENT POLICY

1. Identification: All guests must carry the original photo identity proof (Passport / Aadhar / Voter ID / Driving License) submitted at the time of booking. Park entry will be denied if the original ID does not match the details on the confirmed safari permit.

2. Name Changes / Replacements: Replacement of a confirmed guest name is strictly NOT Permitted once the booking has been confirmed and submitted to the Forest Department for permit processing.

3. Safari Permits: All confirmed Jungle Safari Permits are Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable, and Non-Adjustable under any circumstances, including no-shows or park closures.

B. CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation, written intimation is mandatory. Cancellation charges will be applied as follows:

• Before 10th December: 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.

• After 10th December: No Refund (100% of the total package cost will be forfeited).

• Note: This policy is in addition to the non-refundable nature of all pre-booked Safari Permits.

C. RESORT & TIMING

1. Check-in/Check-out: The standard check-in time at Blackbuck Safari Lodge is 01:00 PM (Day 1) and the check-out time is 11:30 AM (Day 3). Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Safari Reporting: Guests must report at the designated point (Lodge Reception) at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time of the safari (e.g., 5:30 AM for the 6:00 AM drive). Failure to report on time may result in the safari being missed, with no refund or alternative arrangement.

D. LIABILITIES & PARK RULES

1. Force Majeure & Park Closures: The company is not liable for any cancellation or alteration to the itinerary due to factors beyond our control, including, but not limited to, weather, road conditions, political instability, change in government policy (e.g., unexpected park closure), or natural disaster. Affected components will be subject to the refund policies of the respective suppliers (Lodge/Forest Dept.).

2. Price Amendments: Any increase in government taxes, fuel costs, park entry fees, or guide charges imposed by the Forest Department or Government of India after the date of booking confirmation will be charged extra and must be borne by the guest.

3. Guest Conduct: Guests must strictly adhere to the rules and regulations of the Forest Department while inside the National Park. This includes maintaining silence, not littering, remaining seated in the safari vehicle, and not attempting to feed or disturb the wildlife. Any violation may lead to the termination of the safari and legal action by park authorities.

4. Insurance: Guests are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive Travel and Medical Insurance covering personal injury, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and cancellation before the date of travel. Dasa Holidays is not liable for any such costs.
