Day 1: Arrival & Phuket City Tour

Upon arrival at Phuket Airport, you will be met by a Dasa Holidays representative and transferred to your hotel. After check-in, embark on a private half-day Phuket City Tour, which includes stops at stunning viewpoints, sacred temples, and local shopping areas. Later, visit Tiger Park for a unique wildlife experience. Overnight stay in Phuket.

Day 2: Adventure & Nature Tour

After breakfast, prepare for a full day of adventure. This private tour includes a thrilling 5km white water rafting experience, a serene 30-minute elephant trekking session, and an exciting 30-minute ATV ride. You will also get to visit the Monkey Cave Temple and fly through the air on a 150-meter flying fox zipline. A Thai lunch is included. Overnight stay in Phuket.

Day 3: Transfer to Krabi

Enjoy breakfast at your Phuket hotel before checking out. You will have a private transfer from Phuket to your hotel in Krabi. The day is free for you to relax and explore the beautiful Ao Nang beach area at your leisure. Overnight stay in Krabi.

Day 4: 4-Island Tour (Private Speedboat)

After breakfast, get ready for a full-day 4-Island Tour by private speedboat. You will visit the breathtaking islands of Chicken Island, Tup Island, and Poda Island, along with a stop at Phra Nang Cave Beach. Day 5: Departure

By booking the Phuket & Krabi Getaway with Dasa Holidays, you (the "Guest") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

• Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable advance payment as per our standard policy.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid by the due date specified in your booking confirmation.

• Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• General Policy: Any cancellation is subject to a cancellation fee as per our standard policy.

• No-Show: If a guest fails to join the tour, no refund will be provided for any unused services.

• Unused Services: No refund will be given for any services, meals, or activities that a guest chooses not to utilize during the tour.

3. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions

• The tour cost includes only the services and items explicitly listed in the "What's Included" section of the tour document.

• Any expenses of a personal nature, optional tours, meals, or services not explicitly mentioned are considered excluded. Guests are responsible for paying on-site for any excluded costs, such as National Park Fees.

4. Documentation & Validity

• Passport: Guests are responsible for holding a valid passport with a minimum of six months of validity from the date of return to India.

• Visa: Guests are responsible for obtaining and covering the cost of their Thailand Visa. Dasa Holidays is not liable for any visa application rejections.

5. Liability & Responsibility

• Dasa Holidays acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by any service provider or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, political unrest, or flight cancellations.

• All baggage and personal property are at the client's risk throughout the tour. We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover personal injury, medical expenses, and trip cancellation.

6. Itinerary Changes

• The itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions) that may affect the safety or feasibility of activities. Dasa Holidays reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the itinerary to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.

• The 4-Island Tour is subject to sea and weather conditions. Dasa Holidays reserves the right to adjust the itinerary or schedule for the safety of the guests, and no refund will be provided for such changes.
