DAY 1: Arrival, Transfers, and the Dewada Encounter

Your wildlife journey begins with a seamless 07:00 AM pickup ex-Nagpur, followed by a comfortable 3-hour private transfer via Innova directly to the Tathastu Tadoba resort. Upon arrival, you will check in and have time to settle into your comfortable double-sharing accommodation. After a relaxing 01:00 PM lunch, the jungle calls. You will depart the hotel by 02:00 PM for the short, 10-minute drive to the Dewada Buffer Gate. Your first exclusive Jungle Gypsy Safari runs from 02:30 PM to 06:30 PM, offering a thrilling afternoon of tracking. You return to the lodge for a well-deserved dinner at 08:00 PM.

DAY 2: Full Day Core Zone Thrill at Moharli

The day begins with an early 05:00 AM tea/coffee service as you prepare for the Core Zone experience. You will leave the resort by 05:30 AM for the quick 5-minute transfer to the Moharli Core Gate. The exclusive morning safari runs from 06:00 AM to 10:00 AM, focusing on prime sighting areas, with a packed breakfast served for you to enjoy in the field. After returning and relaxing, a comfortable 01:00 PM lunch awaits. In the afternoon, you will once again depart for the Moharli Core Zone, enjoying a second exclusive drive from 02:30 PM to 6:30 PM to maximize your chances of an unforgettable encounter.

DAY 3: Final Safari, Check-out, and Departure

Your final safari adventure starts with a 05:15 AM tea/coffee service. A short 5-minute transfer takes you to the Junona Buffer Gate for your last exclusive morning drive, running from 06:00 AM to 10:00 AM, with a packed breakfast provided. After returning to the lodge and refreshing, you will complete the check-out process by 11:30 AM. Your private Innova transfer will then be ready at 11:45 AM to begin the smooth journey back to Nagpur (Airport/Railway Station), concluding your Tathastu Tadoba adventure.

• Park Fees: Camera Charges for safaris.

• Personal Expenses: Tips, Insurance, and other personal expenses.

• Meals Exception: Breakfast on the arrival day (02 November) is not included.

• Extended Travel: Any travel beyond the scheduled pickup and drop points will be charged extra and is subject to vehicle availability.

• General: Anything not specifically mentioned in the Inclusions List

These terms govern your booking with Dasa Holidays for the Tathastu Tadoba itinerary. By confirming your booking, you agree to the following:

I. Booking, Confirmation, and Documentation

1. Non-Transferability: Replacement of names is Not Permitted once the booking has been confirmed and submitted to the Forest Department. Bookings are non-transferable.

2. Safari Permits: All safari permits are secured in advance and are subject to availability and the strict rules of the Forest Department.

II. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Strict)

3. Cancellation Schedule:

   • Cancellations placed Before 26 October are eligible for a 50% Refund.

   • Cancellations placed After 26 October will incur a No Refund penalty.

4. Non-Refundable Component: Please note that Safari Permits are strictly Non-Refundable and the cost of permits will be deducted from any eligible refund amount.

III. Safari Rules and Regulations

5. Adherence to Rules: Guests must strictly adhere to the instructions of the appointed Safari Guide and the rules and regulations of the Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve at all times.

6. Wildlife Sightings: Wildlife sightings, including those of the Royal Bengal Tiger, are a matter of chance and cannot be guaranteed by the company. No refund or compensation will be provided for lack of sightings.

7. Park Timings/Access: Safari timings and gate access (Core/Buffer Zones) are governed by the Forest Department and are subject to change without prior notice due to weather or administrative reasons.

8. Vehicle Use: Any travel beyond the scheduled pickup and drop points ex-Nagpur will be charged extra and is subject to vehicle availability.

IV. Liabilities

9. No Liability: The company is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, or delay which may happen during the course of the tour or due to events outside of the company's control (e.g., natural calamities, road closures, government changes).
