Day 1: Arrival in Jaipur

Upon arrival at Jaipur Railway Station/Airport, you will be welcomed by a Dasa Holidays representative. Check in to your hotel and, after some relaxation, begin your evening tour of the Pink City's modern attractions, including Statue Circle, Birla Auditorium & Planetarium, and Birla Mandir. In the evening, enjoy a delicious Rajasthani dinner at a resort, complete with pleasant folk dance music and a cultural show in a village setting. Meals: Dinner

Day 2: Sightseeing in Jaipur

After breakfast, drive to explore the old Pink City, visiting iconic places such as Hawa Mahal, City Palace, the ancient astronomical observatory of Jantar Mantar, and Jal Mahal. You will also visit the majestic Amer Fort and Nahargarh Fort & Palaces. In the evening, enjoy the magnificent Light & Sound show at Amer Fort. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 3: Jaipur to Jodhpur

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your journey to Jodhpur, the "Blue City." Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. After freshening up, you will visit the beautiful attractions of Jodhpur, including the Umaid Bhawan Palace Museum, Jaswant Thada, the formidable Mehrangarh Fort, and the local markets near the Clock Tower. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 4: Jodhpur to Jaisalmer

After breakfast, drive to Jaisalmer, the "Golden City," and check into your hotel. After a short break, you will visit a few key attractions, including the Jaisalmer War Museum, the serene Gadisar Lake, and the historic cenotaphs of Vyas Chhatri. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 5: Jaisalmer Fort & Desert Camp

After breakfast, proceed to explore the heart of Jaisalmer. Visit the living Jaisalmer Fort & Palaces, the ancient Jain Temples within the fort, and the beautifully carved Patwon-Ki-Haveli, Salim Singh-Ki-Haveli, and Nathmal-Ki-Haveli. Later, go for a unique overnight experience at a desert camp. Enjoy a camel ride, a cultural program with a bonfire, and a delicious dinner under the stars. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 6: Departure from Jaisalmer

After breakfast, check out from the desert camp. Before your departure, explore some more places of historical interest, including Lodhurva, Amar Sagar, and the abandoned village of Kuldhara. You will then be dropped at Jaisalmer Railway Station/Airport for your journey back home. Meals: Breakfast

• Cost of Travel insurance up to 70 years of age for India Tours and World Tours (Except for Kailash Mansarovar Yatra).

• Driver Tips and Guide Tips as per the itinerary.

• City Tax (if applicable) as per the itinerary.

• Complimentary Travel Essential Dasa Holidays Voucher.

• Transportation:

  • Cost of Rail or Airfare to and from the meeting and dropping place of the tour except for Airport to Airport Tours or as specifically mentioned in the tour itinerary.

  • Cost of any individual Airport / Railway station transfer.

  • Any private transfers taken to move from one place to another instead of the coach.

• Charges & Taxes:

  • Any Increase in the Airfare / Hotel tariff charges.

  • Any Increase in the fuel surcharge or any kind of taxes levied by the respective government or statutory bodies.

  • Service or Government taxes as applicable from time to time.

• Personal Expenses & Services:

  • Porterage (Coolie charges), laundry, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water (unless specified), telephone charges, shopping, all items of a personal nature, and also food and drinks not forming part of the group menus.

  • Extra stay pre/post tour.

  • Extra water bottle charges.

  • Extra photographs clicked other than group photographs.

  • Medicines required if any.

• Optional & Upgraded Items:

  • Cost of extension of the validity or deviation from the route of the tour in case of Airport to Airport tours.

  • Additional extra topping if taken.

  • If any activity/sightseeing is done twice.

  • Any add-on sightseeing/activities along with transfers if done other than mentioned in the tour program.

  • Fur coats/Jackets to visit snow points or any special attire required to visit any particular sightseeing place.

  • Any upgradation in the room category or airline class.

  • Premium seat charges.

• Unforeseen Circumstances:

  • Any extra expenses incurred for changing the route due to any unforeseen circumstances, force majeure instances, natural calamities, political disturbances, strikes, etc.

  • Extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any individual unforeseen cost-incurring incidence.

• Specific Tour Exclusions:

  • In case of Pilgrimage tours, the cost of horseback, Doli, Helicopter (unless specifically mentioned), chopper, etc.

By booking a tour with Dasa Holidays, you (the "Guest") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment Policy

• Application: A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the completed booking form and an advance payment as specified at the time of booking.

• Final Payment: The full and final payment must be made on or before the due date specified in the booking confirmation. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.

• Price: The prices quoted are based on the rates at the time of booking and are subject to change without prior notice in case of currency fluctuations, an increase in airfare, hotel tariffs, or government taxes.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Guest Cancellation: All cancellations must be notified to Dasa Holidays in writing. The refund amount will be calculated based on the date of cancellation and the following schedule. The cancellation charges are per person and are as a percentage of the total tour cost.

  • 90 or more days before departure: Full refund (less service fees and any non-refundable costs).

  • 60 to 89 days before departure: 10% of the tour cost.

  • 30 to 59 days before departure: 25% of the tour cost.

  • 14 days or less before departure: 100% of the tour cost (No refund).

• Tour Company Cancellation: Dasa Holidays reserves the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund of the tour cost will be provided to the guest.

• Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period, typically 2-4 weeks, following the cancellation request.

3. Itinerary Changes

• Modification Rights: Dasa Holidays reserves the right to change, amend, or alter the tour itinerary, or substitute a hotel of a similar class, if it is deemed advisable or necessary due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), including but not limited to weather conditions, airline schedule changes, political disturbances, or other factors beyond our control.

• Unused Services: No refund will be provided for any unused services, meals, or sightseeing activities in the event of any changes to the itinerary.

4. Liability and Responsibility

• Service Providers: Dasa Holidays acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport companies, and other service providers. We are not responsible for any act, omission, or default of any such person or company, nor for any loss, damage, accident, sickness, or injury that may be caused to you or your property.

• Your Responsibility: You are responsible for your own safety and for keeping your travel documents, valuables, and money secure throughout the tour.

5. Documentation

• Validity: You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport, visa, and any other necessary travel documents as required for the tour.

• Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete information as requested in the booking form. Dasa Holidays will not be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.

6. Health and Safety

• Declaration: You are required to inform Dasa Holidays of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical disabilities that may affect your ability to participate in the tour.

• Medical Treatment: Dasa Holidays and its Tour Manager are not medical professionals. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist you in case of a medical emergency, but all costs will be borne by you.
