Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrive at Kathmandu airport, where you will be met by a Dasa Holidays representative and transferred to your hotel. The evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay in Kathmandu. Meals: Dinner

Day 2: Kathmandu to Chitwan

After breakfast, proceed to Chitwan. Upon arrival, you will check into your hotel and in the evening, enjoy a vibrant Tharu Cultural dance show. Extra Topping: Tea / Coffee en-route to Chitwan. Overnight stay in Chitwan. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 3: Chitwan National Park

Today, you will visit Chitwan National Park, famous for its one-horned rhinoceros and as a sanctuary for the Royal Bengal Tiger. Enjoy a thrilling Jeep Safari and Elephant Bathing. Later, you will have the opportunity to participate in other jungle activities, including an elephant ride, a canoe ride, and a village visit. Extra Topping: Tea / Coffee / Soft drink at Chitwan. Day 4: Chitwan to Pokhara via Manakamana Temple

Day 6: Pokhara to Kathmandu | Heritage Sites

After breakfast, take a scenic flight back to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, embark on a tour of a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Bhaktapur Durbar Square, to see the famous 55-window palace from outside and the Taleju Mata temple. Later, visit the Boudhanath Stupa and the Budhanilkantha Temple, known as the "Sleeping Vishnu." In the evening, enjoy the beautiful Aarti at Pashupatinath Temple. Overnight stay in Kathmandu. Day 7: Kathmandu | Everest View & Temples

In the morning, guests have the option of taking a Mountain Flight to view Mount Everest at their own cost. Then, take a scenic Cable Car ride to Chandragiri Hill to enjoy a breathtaking view of the Himalayas, including Mt. Everest. On your return, visit the glorious Swayambhunath Stupa.   • Transportation & Transfers:

    • Any private transfers taken to move from one place to another instead of the group coach.

    • Any increase in the airfare, rail fare, cruise charges, or fuel surcharges.

    • Any increase in taxes levied by the government or statutory bodies.

    • Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in land arrangements prior to departure.

    • Service or government taxes as applicable from time to time.

  • Personal Expenses:

  • Unforeseen Circumstances:

By booking this tour, you (the "Guest") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, as well as the terms outlined in the full itinerary, inclusions, and exclusions documents.

1. Package Price & Inclusions

  • Price: The tour price includes all items explicitly listed in the 'What’s Included' section, such as accommodation on a twin-sharing basis, meals as specified, and entrance fees for sightseeing.

  • Taxes & Surcharges: The price is based on current airfare, taxes, and fuel surcharges. Dasa Holidays reserves the right to increase the tour price to account for any increases in these costs, or any changes in the rate of exchange, prior to departure.

2. Flights, Visas & Documentation

  • Flights: The tour price includes return economy class airfare and any internal flights mentioned in the itinerary, with a baggage allowance of 1 piece per internal flight.

  • Visa: The cost of the visa is included as per the itinerary (excluding USA Tours). However, visa approval is at the sole discretion of the embassy, and Dasa Holidays is not responsible for any rejections.

  • Passports: It is the guest's responsibility to hold a valid passport for the duration of the tour.

3. Transfers & Services

  • Transfers: Coach transfers are provided from the first day's group meeting point to the last day's drop-off point. Individual transfers to and from these points are not included.

  • Tour Manager: The services of a Dasa Holidays Tour Manager are provided for the entire duration of the tour, from the first day to the last.

4. Tour Exclusions & Personal Responsibility

  • Personal Expenses: Guests are responsible for all personal expenses, including but not limited to laundry, shopping, telephone charges, alcoholic beverages, and mineral water (unless specified).

  • Optional Activities: Any add-on sightseeing, activities, or "extra toppings" not specifically mentioned in the itinerary are excluded and must be paid for by the guest.

  • Upgrades: Any upgrades in room category or airline class, including premium seat charges, are not included in the tour price.

5. Liability & Force Majeure

  • Exclusions: Dasa Holidays is not liable for any extra costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

    • Force Majeure instances, natural calamities, political disturbances, or strikes.

    • Route changes due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any other individual unforeseen incidence.

  • Third-Party Services: Dasa Holidays acts only as an agent for third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies). We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property that may occur during the tour.

  • Travel Insurance: The tour includes basic travel insurance. However, Dasa Holidays strongly recommends that guests acquire their own comprehensive insurance to cover additional risks such as baggage loss, medical expenses, and tour cancellation.
