1. Booking & Payment Policy

• Booking Confirmation: Your seat on this fixed departure tour is confirmed upon our receipt of a 50% advance payment.

• Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the tour cost must be paid no later than 15 days before the trip departure date. Failure to make the final payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund of the advance payment.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• No Cancellation: No cancellations are permitted within 30 days of the tour departure date. The amount paid is non-refundable.

• Transferability: In the event that you are unable to travel, the amount paid can be transferred to another person for the same trip, provided you notify us and all necessary details are furnished.

• Medical & Unavoidable Situations: In cases of a medical emergency or other unavoidable situations, a partial credit may be extended for a future tour, subject to approval by Dasa Holidays.

3. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions

• The tour cost includes only the services and items explicitly listed in the "What's Included" section of the tour brochure.

• The tour cost does not cover personal expenses, optional attractions, or any services not mentioned in the "What's Included" section.

4. Documentation & Validity

• You are responsible for carrying your original passport with a minimum of 6 months' validity from the date of return. No photocopies or scanned copies of the passport will be accepted.

• Dasa Holidays is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete documentation provided by the guest.

5. Liability & Responsibility

• Dasa Holidays acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, accident, injury, or delay caused by any service provider or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, political disturbances, strikes, or flight delays.

• All baggage and personal property are at the client's risk throughout the tour.

6. Itinerary Changes

• Dasa Holidays reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to provide a similar experience and substitute services of the same standard.

• No refund will be provided for any unused services, meals, or activities due to such changes.

7. Health & Safety

• You are responsible for ensuring you are in good health and physically fit to undertake the tour.

• You must inform Dasa Holidays of any pre-existing medical conditions or allergies at the time of booking.
