DAY 2: Full Day of Safaris

• 05:00 AM: Tea / Coffee Service.

• 06:00 AM – 11:30 AM: Morning Safari (15 Minutes travel time to Gate). Packed Breakfast during Safari.

• 01:00 PM: Lunch at the lodge.

• 02:30 PM – 06:30 PM: Afternoon Safari (20 Minutes travel time to Gate).

• 08:00 PM: Dinner at the lodge.

DAY 3: Another Day in the Wild

• 05:00 AM: Tea / Coffee Service.

• 06:00 AM – 11:30 AM: Morning Safari (10 Minutes travel time to Gate). Packed Breakfast during Safari.

• 01:00 PM: Lunch at the lodge.

• 02:30 PM – 06:30 PM: Afternoon Safari (25 Minutes travel time to Gate).

• 08:00 PM: Dinner at the lodge.

DAY 4: Departure

• 10:00 AM: Breakfast at the lodge.

• 11:30 AM: Checkout and onward journey.

• Accommodation: 3 Nights Stay (Denwa Backwater Escape, as per itinerary).

• Meals: All Meals included (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner), except Breakfast on December 12th.

• Safaris: 4 Jeep Safaris into Satpura National Park.

• Safari Vehicle: 1 Exclusive Gypsy provided for your group in each safari.

• Essentials: Mineral Water provided during all Safaris.

• Train or Airfare to/from Bhopal (or the nearest airport/station).

• Pick-Up and Drop charges from any Station or Airport.

• Camera Charges (as applicable per forest department rules).

• Personal Expenses, Tips, and Insurance of any kind.

• Breakfast on December 12th (Day 1).

• Any travel beyond the scheduled pick-up and drop points will be charged extra and is subject to vehicle availability.

• Anything not specifically mentioned in the Inclusions List.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation Deadline: The cutoff date for any partial refund is November 29th.

• 50% Refund: Available only for cancellations made Before November 29th.

• No Refund: Applies to all cancellations made After November 29th.

• Safari Permits: All confirmed Safari Permits are strictly Non-Refundable.

NAME CHANGES & BOOKING

• Name Replacements: Replacement or change of any Name is Not Permitted once the booking has been confirmed and submitted to the Forest Department.

INCLUSION SPECIFICS

• The package includes 3 Nights Stay and 4 Jeep Safaris.

• All meals are included, except Breakfast on the morning of December 12th (Day 1).

EXCLUSION NOTICES

• The package price excludes all travel to/from Bhopal (Airfare/Trainfare, Pick-Up/Drop-Off charges).

• Personal expenses (including Camera Fees, Tips, and Insurance) are not included.

• Any additional travel beyond the scheduled points will incur extra charges.
