Day 1: Arrival in Bali – Transfer to Ubud

Arrive in Bali, the enchanting "Island of the Gods." You will be met by a Dasa Holidays representative and transferred to your hotel in Ubud. The rest of the evening is free for you to relax and unwind at your leisure. Overnight stay in Ubud. Meals: Dinner

Day 2: Ubud | Cultural Exploration

Today, immerse yourself in the rich culture and natural beauty of Ubud. Visit Tirta Empul, also known as the Water Temple, and see the fantastic Tegallalang Rice Terraces. You will also explore the artistic heart of Bali, with a visit to Celuk, the capital of gold and silver smiths, and Mas village, renowned for its wood carvings. Overnight stay in Ubud. Day 3: Ubud to Kuta | Temples & Show

After breakfast, proceed to Kuta. En route, visit Uluwatu Temple, perched on a steep cliff offering magnificent views. Later, see the famous sea-temple, Tanah Lot. In the evening, experience the energetic Devdan Show, a breathtaking performance that blends traditional and modern dance with acrobatics and spectacular effects. Day 4: Kuta | Beach Activities & Relaxation

Today, enjoy the vibrant beach life of Kuta. You can enjoy various water activities like parasailing from Tanjung Benoa beach. The rest of the evening is free for relaxation. Day 5: Departure from Bali

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport to board your flight back home, concluding your memorable Bali tour with Dasa Holidays. Meals: Breakfast

• Baggage: Baggage allowance of 1 piece in case of included internal flights.

• Porterage: One suitcase porterage at hotels for senior citizen special tours.

• Tips: Driver and guide tips as per the itinerary.

• Taxes: City tax where applicable, as per the itinerary.

• Voucher: A complimentary Travel Essential Dasa Holidays Voucher.

• Transportation & Transfers:

  • Cost of any individual airport, seaport, or railway station transfer for joining and leaving guests.

  • Any private transfers taken to move from one place to another instead of the group coach.

• Charges & Taxes:

  • Any increase in the airfare, rail fare, cruise charges, or fuel surcharges.

  • Any increase in taxes levied by the respective government or statutory bodies.

  • Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come in to effect prior to departure.

  • Service or Government taxes as applicable from time to time.

• Personal Expenses:

  • Porterage, laundry, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water (unless specified), and telephone charges.

  • Shopping, all items of a personal nature, and food and drinks not forming the part of the group menus.

  • Extra photographs, extra water bottle charges, and any medicines required.

• Unforeseen Circumstances:

  • Any extra expenses incurred for changing the route due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure instances, natural calamities, political disturbances, or strikes.

  • Extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any other individual unforeseen incident.

  • Cost of insurance for any extra stay pre/post tour.

• Optional & Upgraded Items:

  • Cost of extension of the validity or deviation from the route of the tour.

  • Any additional "extra topping" if taken.

  • The cost of any activity or sightseeing done twice.

  • Any add-on sightseeing/activities along with transfers if done other than mentioned in the tour program.

  • Fur coats/jackets to visit snow points or any special attire required for a particular sightseeing place.

By booking this tour, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, as well as the terms outlined in the full itinerary, inclusions, and exclusions documents.

1. Package Price & Inclusions

• Price: The tour price includes all items explicitly listed in the 'What’s Included' section, such as accommodation on a twin-sharing basis, meals as specified, and entrance fees for sightseeing.

• Taxes & Surcharges: The price is based on current airfare, taxes, and fuel surcharges. Dasa Holidays reserves the right to increase the tour price to account for any increases in these costs, or any changes in the rate of exchange, prior to departure.

2. Flights, Visas & Documentation

• Flights: The tour price includes return economy class airfare and any internal flights mentioned in the itinerary, with a baggage allowance of 1 piece per internal flight.

• Visa: The cost of the visa is included as per the itinerary (excluding USA Tours). However, visa approval is at the sole discretion of the embassy, and Dasa Holidays is not responsible for any rejections.

• Passports: It is the guest's responsibility to hold a valid passport for the duration of the tour.

3. Transfers & Services

• Transfers: Coach transfers are provided from the first day's group meeting point to the last day's drop-off point. Individual transfers to and from these points are not included.

• Tour Manager: The services of a Dasa Holidays Tour Manager are provided for the entire duration of the tour, from the first day to the last.

4. Tour Exclusions & Personal Responsibility

• Personal Expenses: Guests are responsible for all personal expenses, including but not limited to laundry, shopping, telephone charges, alcoholic beverages, and mineral water (unless specified).

• Optional Activities: Any add-on sightseeing, activities, or "extra toppings" not specifically mentioned in the itinerary are excluded and must be paid for by the guest.

• Upgrades: Any upgrades in room category or airline class, including premium seat charges, are not included in the tour price.

5. Liability & Force Majeure

• Exclusions: Dasa Holidays is not liable for any extra costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Force Majeure instances, natural calamities, political disturbances, or strikes.

  • Route changes due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any other individual unforeseen incidence.

• Third-Party Services: Dasa Holidays acts only as an agent for third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies). We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property that may occur during the tour.

• Travel Insurance: The tour includes basic travel insurance. However, Dasa Holidays strongly recommends that guests acquire their own comprehensive insurance to cover additional risks such as baggage loss, medical expenses, and tour cancellation.

6. General Terms

• Porterage: Porterage for one suitcase at hotels is only included for senior citizen special tours.

• Tips: Driver and guide tips are included as per the itinerary.
