Visit the National Carpet Museum, see the glowing Flame Towers, enjoy panoramic views from Highland Park, stroll along Baku Boulevard, and ride the Baku Eye (weather permitting). Evening free for shopping at Nizami Street or Green Market.

Day 3: Gobustan, Mud Volcanoes, Fire Temple & Yanar Dag

Visit the UNESCO-listed Qobustan National Museum and Open Air Museum with ancient rock carvings. See active mud volcanoes nearby. Return to Baku to explore the sacred Ateshgah Fire Temple, and witness the natural eternal flames at Yanar Dag (Burning Mountain).

1. Booking and Confirmation:
   A confirmed booking is subject to receipt of advance payment as per the payment schedule. Full payment is required prior to travel as per invoice terms.

2. Cancellations and Refunds:
   Cancellation charges will apply as per the policy shared at the time of booking and depend on the number of days prior to departure. Some services may be non-refundable.

3. Tour Itinerary:
   The itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political unrest, natural calamities, or force majeure events. Dasa Holidays reserves the right to modify routes, hotels, and sightseeing locations as needed.

4. Flights and Airfare:
   Airfare is subject to availability and may change until the ticket is issued. Any increase in airfare or taxes after ticket issuance must be borne by the passenger.

5. Accommodation:
   Accommodation will be provided on a twin-sharing basis as per the itinerary. Single room supplement charges apply for single occupancy.

6. Meals:
   Meals as per itinerary are included. Special dietary requests must be informed at the time of booking and are subject to availability.

7. Health and Safety:
   Travelers must ensure they are medically fit to undertake the tour. Any health issues or special assistance requirements must be communicated before booking.

8. Visa and Travel Documents:
   Obtaining the necessary visas and travel documents is the traveler’s responsibility unless specified otherwise. Please ensure all documents are valid for the entire duration of travel.

9. Travel Insurance:
   Travel insurance covering illness, accident, loss of baggage, and other risks is recommended and may be mandatory for certain tours. Dasa Holidays provides insurance up to age 70 as included in the package.

10. Extra Expenses:
    Any personal expenses, additional sightseeing, optional activities, tips (unless mentioned), and costs arising from delays, cancellations, or route changes will be borne by the traveler.

11. Liability:
    Dasa Holidays acts only as an agent for service providers and shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by delays, strikes, accidents, or other unforeseen events beyond its control.

12. Force Majeure:
    Dasa Holidays shall not be responsible for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control including natural disasters, war, government actions, or other emergencies.

13. Conduct:
    Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and respect local customs and laws. Dasa Holidays reserves the right to terminate services without refund if a traveler’s conduct is disruptive or unsafe.

14. Photography:
    Group photos are part of the package; additional photos may incur extra charges.

15. Changes by Traveler:
    Any changes requested by the traveler after booking may attract additional charges.
